10 Second Self Portrait
By teacher • Feb 17th, 2008 • Category: ProjectsCongratulations, you have embarked on a mighty “click through” that has brought you to this glorious page. For some of you the froth of inspiration is drooling down your chin, but for most of us, we haven’t got a clue of an idea for our 10 second self-portrait.
Where do ideas come from?
Wrong way to have an idea: Sit at your desk for 8+ hours staring at the computer. (8am to 6pm for maximum bad results.)
Right way to have an idea: Plant idea seeds then take a nap. (8am to 6pm for maximum good results.)
But where do you find these great idea seeds? They are everywhere. If you are creating a self portrait, they are in fact right under your nose.
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1. Download the 10 Second Self-Portrait movie making workshop manual.
Step 2. Fill it out and complete all tasks.
Step 3. Take a nap
Step 4. Look over the document(s) from time to time and jot down notes or ideas on the last page.
Step 5. Visit the inspiration and storytelling pages.
Step 6. Wham-O! You’re ready to make your movie.
Download the 10 Second Self-Portrait Workshop Manual.
